Kaitlyn Anne Vincie

Kaitlyn Vincie, born December 10, 1987 Kaitlyn Anne Vincie, born on December 10, 1987, is an American journalist and sports host. She works as a reporter at Fox NASCAR and hosts the daily news and updates show NASCAR Race Hub. Vincie was first drawn to stock car racing when she was granted a pit lane pass. After having graduated from Christopher Newport University she worked at Langley Speedway as a reporter. Vincie's personal NASCAR video blogs were published on SceneDaily, a stock car racing website. Vincie was born in Harrisonburg, Virginia on December 10 the 10th of December, 1987. Her family moved to Warrenton when Vincie began high school. She is the daughter of John and Margaret Vincie, and she has one older sister. Vincie's mother Eleanor N. Logan was an educator in the fifth grade while her grandfather was on faculty of Bridgewater College. Since her early years, she displayed an interest in journalism. Vincie was a graduate of Fauquier High School. Vincie was a track and field athlete and served as the school's director for four years. She was victorious in the 800m event at the AAA Cedar Run District. Vincie had a meeting with journalist Al Pearce who mentored her and also provided Vincie with a wealth of information. Vincie graduated from Christopher Newport University in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in communications. Vincie was an intern in the athletics department of the university as well as a job for the USAR Pro Cup Series at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Vincie wrote her senior dissertation about auto racing gender disparity that focussed on Danica Patrick, a female race car driver. She became interested in the sport after receiving a pit lane pass to the NASCAR All-Star Race. Her primary influences are Wendy Venturini, Krista Volda, and Wendy Venturini.
