Aaron Jeffery

Award-winning New Zealand actor Aaron C. Jeffery is from Australia. His
characters include Terry Watson in Water Rats and Alex Ryan in McLeod's
Daughters. He also played Matt "Fletch" Fletcher in Wentworth.
Jeffery was born in Auckland and relocated to Australia when he was a teenager.
Then he trained in acting at NIDA. He graduated from NIDA in 1993. He began his
TV career on the children's show Ship to Shore. Jeffery is most well-known for
his part as Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters. He departed the drama in 2008. He
was also a part of the third season of the New Zealand drama series Outrageous
Fortune. Jeffery appeared in the series Underbelly: Badness as Frank. The
filming ended on the 22nd of June. The next day, Jeffery was officially
announced as Bradley Fox's replacement for Neighbours for two months. It was
revealed that Jeffery was assigned the role of an officer in corrections on
Wentworth in October. Jeffery also appeared in the Bevan Lee series Between Two
Worlds for the Seven Network. It was announced in April 2021 that Jeffery was
set to appear on the Netflix thriller series Pieces of Her. The show is built
on the Karin Slaughter novel. Jeffery's part in McLeod's Daughters earned him
the Silver Logie in 2007 and in 2004.
